Super Talent has announced the smallest 8GB flash drive in the world with its PICO product.
Shorter than the little finger on your hand, the PICO measures 31.3mm x 12.4mm x 3.4mm and weighs about 4.7 gram, less than the weight of a pound coin or nickel.
The PICO A has a chrome swivel lid and is water-resistant. The PICO-B is chromed and has a retractable USB plug. The PICO-C is chromed, water-resistant, rugged and slightly smaller still.
All three support read speeds of around 30MB/sec and come with a lifetime warranty.
Super Talent Marketing Director, Joe James, said: “These 8GB PICO drives have redefined mobile storage, combining new levels of speed, elegance and durability into the world’s smallest pen drive”.
They are so small that they need attaching to something sharing their attributes to make sure they don't get mislaid. Speed ... elegance ... durability ... how about a Porsche Carrera?
