User testimony continues from current and active Tilana Reserve account holders, telling stories of success and satisfaction with cloud-based sync and archive

San Diego—Tuesday, July 1, 2008—The first follow-up Tilana Reserve user interview is now published at the Tilana Systems corporate web site (http://www.tilana.com/tilana-reserve/interviews.aspx).

Last week the company introduced a new section of the Tilana web site named “Interviews with Tilana Reserve Users” featuring the first in a series of survey responses from happy Tilana Reserve customers. This week’s interview expands on the theme.

“…I keep all my personal records on my PC at home, but want access to them at the office. So I have one directory that I can dump things into and that gets synced between all my PCs,” said Mark Stevens, co-owner of Aspire Staffing, Inc., a Birmingham, AL based placement agency. “For business, it is primarily for off-site backup. I have a lot of redundancies built-in at the office, but if the whole office is destroyed, I want to make sure all of our business data is intact.”

Mark chose Tilana Reserve after testing several other approaches to his need for data protection and sync in a single solution.

“…The sync feature is the main reason I chose to go with Tilana. I had been using Mozy for backup, which worked great, but having a solution to handle both backup and sync was ideal. I had tried BeInSync, but it hogged too much of the network. …(Tilana) just worked! I sync important business data between my office and home, and also personal data so I have access to it at the office.”

In his own words, Mr. Stevens describes his experience with the service and what it means to him.

“I cannot say enough good things about Tilana. There is no other service that is as easy to use, and that 'just works'. And trust me, I have tried most of them over the years. The combination of backup with versioning and synchronization across PCs makes all the difference.

Even when there is a lot of data to backup, you rarely notice any network issues or slow-downs. I have had to re-format several of my PCs at home and Tilana makes it so easy to restore my critical data. I don't even bother making local copies on DVD anymore, since it is just as fast to restore everything I need from Tilana.

As for my business, it is critical that I have off-site backup and have used many different services over the years. Tilana fulfills that business need perfectly, with little impact on my network. Honestly, except when I need to grab a file, I don't even think about Tilana working in the background -- and that is a sign of a great product, that it’s doing its job and I always trust it will be there when I need it most.”

Larger storage capacities are also available in other accounts ranging in monthly pricing (10GB/$8.95/mo, 20GB/$16.95/mo, 50GB/$41.95/mo, 100GB/$79.95/mo, 200GB/$149.95/mo, and 300GB/$219.95/mo).
