SiliconSystems recruits a Fan

Solid state drive (SSD) supplier SiliconSystems has recruited Robert Fan as its new VP for marketing.
He brings more than twenty-two years of technology industry experience in marketing, sales and product development. Fan will lead SiliconSystems’ global marketing and business development efforts.
Michael Hajeck, CEO at SiliconSystems, said: "Robert’s demonstrated success in defining and quickly bringing new products to market will be an asset to SiliconSystems as the burgeoning and rapidly evolving solid-state drive market continues to unfold.”
Prior to joining SiliconSystems, Robert Fan was VP of corporate marketing and business development of Entorian Technologies. Previously, he was VP of marketing and product management for Berkäna Wireless and Resonext Communications, and he has also held senior management positions at Intel Corporation where he focused on the mobile computing and storage markets.
