Santa Clara, Calif. (April 7, 2008) – Asempra Technologies, a leading provider of continuous availability solutions for Windows applications and data, announced today that it has entered into a technology partnership with BakBone Software® (BKBO.PK).

The agreement with BakBone gives Asempra expanded access to high-growth market opportunities, and offers broader Windows capabilities for BakBone customers.

As part of the agreement, Asempra and BakBone will invest in joint product development, marketing, and services delivery. Both companies share a common strategic vision that meets frequent challenges for optimizing data protection for continuous availability.
