MozyPro price returns to old level
EMC has told resellers that the per GB/per month price for MozyPro of $1.75 is now cut to $0.50.
Apparently this was the old level before the February 2008 price hike. The per server price component is $6.95 which is the price it was raised to in the February price move.
Presumably EMC met price resistance. At a $1.75/GB/month level the cost to backup 100MB a month for one year would be $2,100. Now it is $600.
